Really friendly with us, cleaned away every day, no hard sell. Very pleased with the result. We had been very confused when choosing who to use after being baffled by salesmen with all different types of selling techniques, from "gold and platinum" ranges to hard coat glass, but found that after talking to Samantha and Jason, they gave the same guarantee, the same glass etc, without all of the confusion and hard sell, so glad that we chose them and will definately go back to them for our new Conservatory before Christmas.
